manual therapy

soft tissue mobilization

Soft tissue mobilization is a form of manual therapy where a hands-on technique is used on muscles, ligaments and fascia in order to break up adhesions and optimize muscle function.

Craniosacral

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment used for a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain and side effects of cancer treatment among many others. CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system to promote a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. The aim of CST is to improve efficiency of biological processes through boosting inherent self-regulation, self-correction and self-healing.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. The use of Myofascial Release allows us to look at each patient as a unique individual. Our one-on-one therapy sessions are hands-on treatments during which we use a multitude of techniques and movement therapy.
