Tina Ray
Tina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1989 from Eastern Kentucky University. In 1992 she began working in private practice, specifically in the areas of wellness, exercise, and orthopedic injuries. In 2009 Tina became a certified TRX instructor and opened Be Well Fitness and Rehab combining her therapy skills with her love of exercise. As a seasoned therapist, Tina focuses on a holistic pathway to body alignment, strength, flexibility, and pain management. When new patients come for therapy, we take a collaborative approach to assessment and formulating a treatment plan. Our patients benefit from the diverse knowledge of our therapy team.

Jayme Cooper
Jayme found a passion for occupational therapy after receiving treatment for multiple exercise injuries. She attended Brown Mackie College where she lead as the president of the student Occupational therapy assistant club. She earned her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy in 2012. She continued as a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and Director of Rehabilitation. She enjoys working in a field where she is able to serve others in a holistic approach to health and well-being. Jayme is knowledgeable in multiple diagnoses and the best treatments. She is passionate about fitness and loves helping others to grow and maintain their functional abilities. She is driven by her husband and two sons who always encourage her in her fitness and career growth.

Autumn Bay
Autumn graduated from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky with a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2015 and became a travel therapist in 2016. While on the road Autumn gained experience working many settings including geriatrics, pediatrics, post-acute rehab, developmental disabilities, and home health. Through her work with populations from ages 1 to 105, she developed valuable skills in treating a myriad of conditions while assisting clients with mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Autumn is trained in Craniosacral Therapy and combines techniques from Eastern medicine with the newest technology for healing.
